REAL ESTATE NEWS
- ➤ Roswell has taken steps to create a 50-acre park on Hardscrabble Road—honoring the Spruill family—by purchasing a 24-acre property for $7.5M to join an existing 25-acre parcel. City officials said the deal will close within 90 days of council approval and planning will soon begin for the park's layout and amenities. FOX 5 Atlanta
