About this event
Back Release Yoga will begin with poses to warm the body and prepare for deeper, longer held poses on the ground. This class will help restore freedom of movement and ease of motion in the back while strengthening and lengthening muscles. Back Release Yoga is appropriate for all levels. As always, modifications available if needed.
