About this event
This deep stretch practice is the perfect way to rejuvenate the body. Part yin, part restorative, all about letting go of muscle tension, limitations in range of motion and our need to move. Yin + Restore is a perfect place to start yoga but is especially necessary for advanced students (it's a true all levels class).
