About this event
This is the place to learn the Classical Reformer order in a directed class that will focus on the exercise set up, appropriate springs, and ways to step into and prepare for more advanced exercises in the system. We strive to keep the Reformer order to its Classical Pilates roots by sticking to Joseph Pilates’e's order and omitting exercises that aren't appropriate.
