PROCUREMENT PRINCIPLES

More than policy, process, and paperwork. Done well, procurement becomes a powerful mechanism for efficient operations, strong supplier relationships, and greater community impact.

Black Fleet Network® invites public sector decision makers and regional suppliers to the Massey Executive Center at Morehouse College for a corporate Lunch + Learn to explore the principles and perspectives that define procurement in best practice.

Presented in partnership with Sourcewell , Procurement Principles brings fleet, public works, transit, education, public safety, technology, and supplier professionals to the same table – creating space to learn how purchasing decisions are made, where common challenges emerge, and what makes procurement work better for everyone involved.

• Come for practical insight from experienced authorities.

• Gain direct access to Sourcewell's regional procurement resource lead.

• Connect with peers, stakeholders, and SMEs from across the Atlanta region.

• Leave with a sharper understanding of how to navigate procurement with increased confidence.

** Get an exclusive preview of a BFN partner's cutting-edge fleet & asset management operating system.
