(Formally Called Intro Pole) This class is for pole newbies! Interested in pole dance fitness, but never took the plunge? Well this class is or you. Specifically developed for individuals with absolutely no pole experience, this class will consist of a warm up, light pole conditioning & mini routine. Individuals with 2 or more months of pole dance experience should NOT take this class. Heels optional. Please do not wear lotion or oil to class. LATE ARRIVAL IS NOT PERMITTED. Doors close 10 minutes after class begins.
