🌈 Kids Yoga Adventures Sundays at 4:00 PM | 50 minutes | September–December Join us each month for a magical yoga adventure filled with playful movement, imaginative stories, animal-inspired poses, breathwork, and meditation. Kids call the calming breathwork and meditation at the end of class “story time.” ✨ 🐠 September — Underwater Sea Adventure Dive beneath the waves and move like magical sea creatures as we explore the ocean through yoga and imagination. 🦁 October — Wildlife Safari Roar, stomp, stretch, and explore the wild! Halloween costumes encouraged—animals or otherwise! 🎃 🦃 November — Magical Gratitude A playful gratitude adventure filled with movement, imagination, and a little turkey magic. ❤️ December — Kindness & Compassion A heart-centered practice exploring kindness, compassion, and caring for ourselves and others during the holiday season. Movement, imagination, breath & a little magic—all in 50 minutes. ✨
