About this event
Sparring class focused more on the kickboxing an opponent. You will learn several offensive and defensive tactics from our very own in-house UFC fighter Javaun Lindo. We have full body and protective head gear. We act that you purchase your own mouthpiece and shin pads. Don't worry it will be no full out contact sparring until you have passed the beginners courses. This is an amazing workout where you will still burn a lot of calories.
