Moms take over the Retreat for an evening of relaxing, movement, and connection. Feel like you truly get to step away with this 4-hour luxurious mini-retreat! This will be a beautiful, rich time for relaxing and communing together as Moms.
A thoughtful evening crafted by Cate & Brett just for YOU! We’ll unwind in the sauna and cold plunge, enjoy a chair massage and a gentle vinyasa flow yoga practice. The evening concludes with time for meditation and reflection, and a deeply relaxing soundbath. Includes light dinner & a self-care goodies bag.
