- ➤ Roswell City Council considered a $1.7 million contract with Lagniappe Development to redesign Liberty Square Park—its new plan includes a playground, pavilion, restroom, walking trail and safety upgrades fully funded by grants, as decided on November 24. The council also reviewed a $14.7 million loan for the Chambray Hotel project that will finance a new five-story hotel with 125 rooms and a rooftop bar. Appen Media
