- ➤ Fulton County Department of Community Development has opened applications for the Hope to Home Tenant Based Rental Assistance Program to use $1.2 million in federal funds to help low-to-moderate-income households earning up to 80% of the area median income. Eligible applicants can submit proposals via BidNet Direct starting November 4 through December 9, and a Virtual Pre-Proposal Conference and Technical Assistance Workshop is scheduled for November 20 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. — proposals submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
