GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ Roswell Area Park's trail will close next week as the city begins a $3.1 million project to fix the park pond—replacing old pipes, repairing the embankment, dredging sediment, and restoring native landscaping for wildlife. The contractor will start dewatering and moving fish on Oct. 6 and will resume construction on Dec. 1—completing the work by fall next year. WSB-TV
