- ➤ A guide lists fall festivals and fairs across metro Atlanta and North Georgia with events from the Roswell Arts Festival at City Hall on September 20—21, which features more than 75 local artists and live music, to festivals in Blue Ridge, Stone Mountain and Marietta offering music, food and rides. - ➤ Fulton County Board of Commissioners restored funding for an Arts & Culture Department program to $3 million a year on Sept. 17 for the 2026 budget.
