The council also deferred a land exchange with Atlantic Communities for a mixed-use project, noted that a Vietnam War Veterans Day ceremony was held on March 2 at City Hall grounds, and scheduled the return of the Roswell Farmers Market on April 12 — additional updates included swearing in a new planning commissioner and honoring Lt.
