REAL ESTATE NEWS

  • Monica Crim, a Roswell property owner who bought her lot in 2020 for $150,000, says local residents are pressuring her after the city approved her permits for a dream home on the corner of Shallowford Road and Pine Grove Road—her refusal to sell to an HOA member sparked about 30 neighbors to oppose her project—and the specialized board denied her application for not meeting stream buffer guidelines. The Fulton County zoning board will review her case next.  WSB-TV
