About this event
A unique course which introduces the first level of the classical, authentic system of Yoga in Daily Life. Throughout the course, the body is gradually and systematically prepared, leading from simple exercises to more advanced postures. Each class includes a deep relaxation, yoga postures and stretches, and breath techniques which promote the balance of the body, mind, and soul. This class is wonderful for new students, students who wish to re-start their yoga practice as well as students with previous yoga experience. This class introduces the unique Sarva Hitta Asana which provide a solid foundation to an existing yoga Class is good for seniors also practice and can be used to enhance a yoga practice at any level. We recommend 12 weeks of Level 1 before moving up to the next level, but if you master all exercises earlier, you can move up
