About this event
Contemporary with Monica Monica Hogan Thysell (@monicathysell) is a contemporary dance artist with extensive experience as a professional choreographer, educator, and performer. Reviewers at Into the Proscenium have described "breathtaking, balletic lines with more freeing, abstract movement" as part of her signature style. In class, we'll explore fluid movement pathways, connection to breath, and dynamic musicality. The choreography will break down technical foundational movements in a grounded, accessible, and feel-good way. Come and let's flow together!
