Les retired as Managing Partner from accounting firm EY and is the author of Clean Dirt: Practical Lessons in Real Leadership - From Farm to Boardroom. Les believes that leadership is humble stewardship. You don't own the role - you borrow it. What matters most is what you pass on when your time is done. Les will share his lessons for leadership and how his faith helps him withstand the pressures to compromise his values in pursuit of business goals.
