About this event
The ultimate "half and half" - this class is a fusion between our {sacred} Flow & Restorative Yoga practices. While the vinyasa portion of practice moves at a more moderate pace - it's simply lubricating the body and mind for the perfect savasana! Class begins with rhythmic warm ups, salutations and standing postures and transitions into the 4 to 10 minute holds of restorative, winding down to deep rest. This class is suitable for all levels. Perfect for anyone who needs movement before becoming still or those who want to generate energy and also restore. This is a great late evening recipe for a good night's sleep!
