About this event

Part One of Series: Effective accountability starts with self-awareness. In this interactive workshop, participants will explore the Window of Tolerance and how emotional states influence behavior, communication, and decision-making. Learners will identify signs of hyperarousal, hypoarousal, and regulation, examine common workplace scenarios, and develop practical strategies for recognizing and managing stress responses before they impact performance and relationships. Participants will leave with tools to better understand themselves, regulate emotions, and respond more intentionally in challenging situations.

Part Two will be held in December.

Listed by Georgia State University (Localist), gathered by the Roswell events calendar.
