Nov 1: RECONNECTING TO THE BODY Gentle movement, breath and mindfulness to feel present and grounded. Nov 8: GROUNDING AND SAFETY Building stability, trust, and inner support through yoga and breath. Nov 15: BREATH AND ENERGY Restoring vitality with breathwork, movement and mindful awareness.
