A Season of Gratitude. A Community of Care.

As Thanksgiving approaches, we invite our neighbors, families, community organizations, and local businesses to gather in the spirit of gratitude, generosity, and togetherness.

Harvest of Hope is Fertile Ground Incorporated's signature fall community gathering, bringing people together to celebrate the season while connecting families with meaningful resources, wellness education, community support, and opportunities to give back.

This year, we're gathering at The Alchemist Den in Historic Downtown Austell for an afternoon centered on connection, shared hospitality, family well-being, and the simple joy of showing up for one another.

Whether you're coming to connect with neighbors, discover local resources, lend a helping hand, or simply enjoy the warmth of community, you're welcome at our table.

🍂 What to Expect

Thanksgiving Hospitality & Community Connection

Gather with neighbors and community partners as we celebrate gratitude, fellowship, and the importance of caring for one another. Food and refreshments are being planned, with details to be announced as arrangements are confirmed.

Thanksgiving Family Support

We're working toward providing Thanksgiving dinner ingredients and holiday meal support for local families. Distribution details, quantities, and eligibility, if applicable, will be announced once resources are confirmed.

Wellness & Family Resources

Meet community organizations and healthcare partners sharing information and resources related to family wellness, maternal and infant health, preventive care, food access, housing stability, and community well-being.

Organizations being invited or coordinated include:

• R.O.S.E. — Reaching Our Sisters Everywhere

• Amplify GA Collaborative

• Cobb & Douglas Public Health — HIV education, maternal and infant health, and WIC information

• Emory Healthcare — potential blood pressure screening services

Partner participation and specific services are subject to confirmation.

Local Businesses & Community Partners
