About this event
Bhakti Yoga class is an all-level Hatha style of Yoga with a different theme each week. Bhakti means love, kindness to all, an authentic heart centered practice. The class may open with the teacher chanting, followed by breathwork before moving with the breath through the themed Asanas and will conclude with relaxation / meditation. All levels are welcomed and accommodated for with modifications and progressions. ALL LEVELS CLASS
