In this class, you’ll immerse yourself in the beauty of Ballet technique, including alignment, strength, and fluidity. You will learn to master the foundational movements while discovering how to express your individuality through dance. As you develop these skills, we will encourage you to connect deeply with the music and movement, allowing your inner artistry to flourish. Attire - socks or ballet shoes leotards, tanks, tights, sweats, leggings, etc.
