Sunday Sound Bath

About this event

During this immersive sound bath, you'll be gently guided through waves of soothing frequencies created with crystal singing bowls and other therapeutic instruments. As the vibrations wash over you, they may help quiet the mind, release tension, and create space for reflection, grounding, and renewal.

Whether you're brand new to sound healing or it's already part of your wellness practice, this experience is designed to be welcoming, accessible, and pressure-free. There's nothing to achieve and nothing you need to know beforehand—just come as you are, get comfortable, and allow yourself the opportunity to simply receive. At Stillwell's Emporium, we believe mindfulness should feel approachable, authentic, and rooted in community. Our sound baths are offered as a chance to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and share a peaceful moment alongside like-minded souls.

Please bring: a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, or anything else that will help you feel cozy while lying or sitting comfortably during the session.

Leave feeling lighter, calmer, and a little more connected than when you arrived.

Our sound baths are intentionally created as restorative experiences where every guest has the opportunity to fully relax and receive the benefits of the session. To help maintain this peaceful environment for everyone, we kindly ask that you observe the following:

• Please silence all phones, smart watches, and electronic devices before the session begins.

• Arrive a few minutes early to get settled. Once the sound bath has started, late entry may not be possible in order to preserve the experience for the group.

• During the session, please refrain from talking unless an emergency arises.

• If you need to leave the room, we ask that you do so as quietly and respectfully as possible.
