In Studio - Mat Pilates with Myofacial Release

This is an all levels class. It starts with some Pilates activation movements in order to fire up the core and certain muscle groups, and is followed by deep myofascial release incorporating the use of props and Therapy Balls. Yoga Therapy Balls are specially designed with high grip rubber. They help in focusing the movement by penetrating through layers of skin and muscle massaging into high tension areas. The effect is similar to a deep tissue massage.
