ADVANCE REGISTRATION REQUIRED ON THE MINDBODY APP OR SITE: This ONE class is worth 2 "points" to be deducted from a drop-in/class card. It may appear as "classes" in the app. Designed to accompany the Open Level Adult Ballet class, this focused pointe class is recommended for dancers with prior pointe experience who are ready to train at an intermediate level . While open level ballet classes touch on general technique, this separate session allows dancers to deepen their pointe practice through targeted strengthening, alignment, and movement exercises specific to dancing en pointe. After a short pointe barre, dancers will work through center and across-the-floor combinations that emphasize control, articulation, and safe progression.
