About this event

What does inquiry-based STEM learning look like in a Lower School classroom? Come see it for yourself.

Join Mount Vernon Ventures for a day at Mount Vernon School. In the morning, you’ll step into our Lower School classrooms, talk with the teachers who design the learning, and hear from students about what they’re designing, building, testing, and figuring out. At MV, learning starts with questions. (Fair warning: our students will have a few for you, too.)

In the afternoon, we get to work. In a hands-on design sprint, your team will define a challenge worth solving at your school and design a prototype to bring home, one that fits your context and tells your school’s story through a STEM lens.

You’ll leave with:

• A clear picture of how MV designs Lower School STEM, from the questions students ask to the work they create

• Real conversations with teachers and students, not a polished tour

• A prototype built for your school and ready to try

Bring a team. The best ideas come from the people who will put them into practice. Seats are limited, so register today to hold yours.
