Jazz: Int/Adv - Adult

About this event

This jazz class begins with an extended warm-up focusing on stretching, core strengthening, and upper body strength exercises. You'll go across the floor to fine tune your technique, and will break down the mechanical function of pirouettes, battements and other common dance moves. The class will end with an upbeat fun, energetic combination that will leave you wanting more! This is an intermediate level class for adults at least ages 18 and older.
