ADVANCE REGISTRATION REQUIRED ON THE MINDBODY APP OR SITE: This ONE class is worth 4 "points" to be deducted from a drop-in/class card. It may appear as "classes" in the app. This class expands on the fundamentals of ballet in a supportive and welcoming environment. Designed for beginner adults with basic prior experience, the class focuses on the strengthening of alignment within the basic 5 positions, simple barre and center exercises, posture, and musicality. Students will build strength, flexibility, and grace while developing a strong technical foundation.
