About this event
Yoga for a Healthy Back This class is about exploring movement and building awareness in the whole body (with focus on the spine). We explore yoga poses that strengthen, some that stretch and some that expore range of motion as well as relaxation and breath practices. Movement is mindful and intentional so that individuals can determine what practices may or may not work for their bodies. This class is not suitable for pregnant women in their second or third trimester. ALL LEVELS CLASS
