About this event
This high-energy class teaches kids the fundamentals of kickboxing in a fun and structured environment. Students will learn proper punching and kicking techniques while improving coordination, fitness, and confidence. Along the way, we emphasize discipline, focus, and respect—skills that carry over both on and off the mats. All participants should wear athletic clothing and bring boxing gloves to class.
